Multi-vehicle crash with injuries in Brattleboro

BRATTLEBORO – Police and fire crews responded to a multi-vehicle accident involving three vehicles on High Street in Brattleboro, Monday afternoon.

High Street, between Oak Street and Western Avenue, was restricted to one-way, alternating traffic between 4:24 p.m. and 5:10 p.m. and closed intermittently to allow for emergency services to perform duties.

The incident happened at approximately 4:20 p.m. when a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado, 2002 Volkswagen Golf, and a 2001 Dodge Caravan collided.

Police identified the drivers of the Silverado, Golf, and Caravan as John Houle, 42, of Brattleboro, Bailey Robinson, 30, of Putney, and Cindy Rose, 58, of Brattleboro, respectively.

Both Robinson and Rose were transported to the hospital for minor injuries.

The crash is still under investigation at this time.
