Police: Marijuana grower shut down in Londonderry

LONDONDERRY – A small-scale indoor marijuana grower was shut down in Londonderry on Wednesday afternoon.

Police searched a residence on Reilly Road at approximately 1:30 p.m. and say they seized three 18-24” tall marijuana plants and twenty-two seedling plants.

Authorities say there was no indication that the marijuana was being grown for sale to others.

Police identified the grower as Thomas Tifft, 65, from Londonderry.

Tifft was processed at the Rockingham Barracks on Saturday for cultivation of marijuana and released with a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court.
